okupilo se u Petrovcu na panelu \u201cBudu\u0107nost Buljarice\u201d kako bi razgovarali o sudbini jednog od posljednjih preostalih prirodnih obalnih podru\u010dja u Crnoj Gori. Uprkos ponovljenim pozivima, niko iz Op\u0161tine Budva nije prisustvovao njihova ti\u0161ina je govorila dovoljno.<\/p><p>Panel je ukazao na deceniju bez prostornog planiranja, rizike koje donosi novi Zakon o strate\u0161kim investicijama i sve ve\u0107i pritisak na mje\u0161tane da prodaju svoju zemlju ili se suo\u010de sa eksproprijacijom.
